Over 60 years ago ...

Several area families wanted a local, independent church, so in 1962 they began having Bible studies with the help of a church in New Orleans. Seven years later, they started Bible Center Church:

  • Our charter was signed in March 1969
  • The main building was built in April 1970
  • A second one was added a few years later
  • Gary McCall was pastor 1995 - May 2025
  • Dale Gooding became pastor in June 2025
